Hi Backers,
Again, you guys are surprising me! The Kickstarter just crossed $70,000 pledged. What does it mean?!
It means there will be a GREY COIN ($50,000) given to those of you who have ordered tiers with physical copies in them, an added GLOSSARY ($60,000) to help you with your read, and now I have to produce a much larger map FOLD-OUT MAP ($70,000) that will be bound into the book to fold out!
I'd better get to to work on that map then, right? I think I may do a series of Facebook Live events where you can watch me work on it. Join my Facebook page at www.facebook.com/authorshawnspeakman and I'll put together a schedule for that. Could be fun and I'd be open to questions too.
What is the $80,000 stretch goal? The Limited, Lettered, and Rare Editions all receive gilded pages -- has to be titanium/silver, right? -- and a satin ribbon bookmark sewn into the binding. SHARE the Kickstarter if you haven't already and let's see if we can reach it. Because I love pretty books. :)
